NOP was such a disappointing event! I am super duper pissed off with the organizing team and they still have the cheeks to put the blame on us. It’s so easy to blame us when anything corked up but hey we did mention we want to be the programme side for this year NOP since it is held at Sultan. You didn’t allow and you pushed us to the logistics side instead. We’re fine with it but why when your prog didn’t turn out they way you expected, you pin point on us and treat us like your guinea pigs. Where is your manpower? It’s soooo unfair to the young Sultan. Yes, I know we are inexperienced but when I looked at how they planned the programme, I shall say they are just as inexperience as us. You asked us for helped and then you gave us excuses not to let us be involved in your prog. So why should you be pissed with us when we buat hal sendiri? The first thing I heard when I came back from the rumah fakir miskin already pissed me off. What kind of excuses are you giving us??!! Why are the facilitators from your side joining only after terawih? And why do you make decision without informing us beforehand? You make things chaotic and expect us to listen to you? Arghhhh! Why do we have to miss smyg jemaah? Don’t you all keep a look out at the time? We are in the mosque hokayy not somewhere else. I dislike it when the organizing team forced people to follow their instructions when they themselves are not doing it. How do you set example to the youths? BLEARGH! Bro. Khair brought up a point that someone forced them to tadarrus together. Forcing is one thing but what they are so unhappy about is there is no one to semak their bacaan. What’s the use of tadarrus together when there is no one to semak your bacaan? So I interfered too and asked why didn’t they sediakan tafsir for the girls who are uzur and they even expect us to join in by sitting at the corner rotting away. The qiyam was so badly done. Everyone dunno what time the qiyam starts and when they wanted to join in they have no idea what prayer they are doing but one of the sisters from the organizing team forced them to join the prayer without telling them which solat they are doing. So they niat smyg tahajjud and only to find out it’s tasbih and after tasbih it’s witir. So they actually missed the qiyam as a whole. What a waste! I even brought up the point that some participants have never do qiyam before and so it will be better if someone could guide them or give a brief explanation on it. But my point wasn’t taken into consideration by the prog ppl. ARGH! The mediacorp suria commented on our bad timing but what I wasn’t happy about is why didnt the prog side ppl came up to the mediacorp suria ppl to appologise? They are the one who pushed all the prog backwards by making all those unlawful decisions and poor bro. Rizal had to bear all the consequences. And do you know how much it affects the image of our youth organization as well as the mosque name?! !@# $%^&*(

After the NOP ended, the young sultan had a debrief on the NOP. Definitely im the first one to raise my unhappiness which includes the religious aspect. Blasted everything that im unhappy about the NOP prog all the way. Bro Khairul wasn’t able to join us if not me, bro. Khairul, sis Faza and bro. Khair will give the most negative feedbacks to them. We’re the one who has been observing them. I know we had no say when it comes to this but we definitely want to question them on their decision-making. They should think before they do rather than attacking bro. Rizal directly. Haiz!

After the debrief and in order to relieve our stress and unhappiness, the sultan youth went to marina square to play bowling. Surprisingly, most of us have never played bowling before and im glad we enjoyed ourselves at the end of the day. *smiles*
