EAS Learning Journey 2007

The EAS learning journey 2007 was great. We went to Perkannas Durian Plantation and Kukup fish farm somewhere in pontian I think. EAS staffs from S1 & S2 cluster schools (17 schools altogether) came together on 2nd July to distress (which apparently was the most important factor why we choose to go outside Singapore apart from free foods and travel) and as usual our school always hit the school with the most participant award with 8 participants (supposedly our school have 10 participants but last minutes 2 of them couldn’t come along). Altogether there were 2 buses with 75 participants. Firstly, we headed for Perkannas Durian plantation where we were supposed to have buffet of durians and tropical fruits but they only served us durians and mangosteens cos the rest of the fruits are still not ripe yet. We then went to kukup island where we were brought around the island in a boat by our tour guide from Luxury travel & tours. Before the boat ride, I was told there were another group also EAS staffs from other schools going on the same trip as us with the same package tour. No wonder I see extra bus and familiar faces around. After the boat ride, we were served with sumptuous seafood lunch. Nyum2! Then went to Jusco Trebau City Shopping Centre before we headed back to Singapore. Let the pictures do the talking k. tu pun klu korg fhm gmbr tu lah. Malas mahu type lg.
